History

The roots of Civil Solutions extend back to the 1930’s when the present day Adams, Rehmann and Heggan Associates, Inc. (ARH) was founded by Earl Rehmann and John Adams. ARH has grown significantly since, but the basic tenets of working hard, providing added value, and striving to continually improve remain firmly in tact.

Civil Solutions is the GIS Division of ARH. It was started in an official capacity in 1993, primarily as a representative of third party technologies. We still maintain strategic relationships with other companies with the goal of providing total solutions to our clients.

ARH reorganized Civil Solutions as a profit center providing GIS and related technology services group in 1995, and the present day operations reflect that change. Civil Solutions provides high-end GIS services to private, municipal, county, state, and federal clients in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York. We maintain clients specific to our division, as well as augment the services provided by other ARH departments.
