Civil Solutions is the GIS Division of Adams, Rehmann and Heggan Associates, Inc. (ARH). ARH is a privately held New Jersey Corporation specializing in a full range of civil engineering, surveying, planning, environmental science and GIS services. Chris Rehmann is President, and Richard Heggan, Robert Heggan, and Richard Rehmann are Corporate Vice Presidents. ARH operates four (4) offices located throughout New Jersey.         

The Crew

The employees of Civil Solutions are its greatest asset. Since the inception of the company, we have built a full time staff of twenty-one (21) people, including production, marketing, and management personnel. With the human and technical resources available to Civil Solutions, it is one of the largest firms in the area dedicated solely to GIS consulting, development, implementation, application development, and maintenance. Through its affiliation with ARH, Civil Solutions is positioned to meet the challenges, expectations and financial constraints of small to large projects.
