A parcel or land base GIS is not complete without relevant attribute information. Such information is publicly available in the State of New Jersey in a digital format known as MOD IV.

Recognizing the need for an easy map-to-database link, and a simple maintenance protocol, Civil Solutions has developed our ezM4 product. ezM4 converts the MOD IV database into an industry-standard format, and generates a unique ID for each record in the database. This ID is the link between the GIS and the database.
